Thank you for shopping with Luminux. Here's what to expect once you place an order.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 5–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times can vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods (holidays, sales events). We appreciate your patience, especially on international orders.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We'll clearly display the cost before you complete your purchase.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress. If tracking hasn't updated in a while, that's often normal for international shipments — but reach out to us if it's been stalled for more than 5 business days.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier. In confirmed cases of a lost package, we'll offer a replacement or refund.
